Hoe does Strath work?

Let's face it - most of us do not get as many vitamins and nutrients as we should each day, and the ones we do ingest (through food or supplements) have to survive a harsh digestive process. Human digestive systems cannot break down the cell wall of the nutritional yeast, so we at Bio-Strath have one more step to complete. We stop the growth of the nutritional yeast cell, which allows the cell wall to open up. This process is called plasmolysis, and it allows your body to easily absorb the vital nutrients that have ben digested by the yeast cells.
